Fiesta Catering is a family owned buisness that was created some 4 years ago. The owners of this establishment, however, are not new to the food industry.
Owners, Antonia and Carlos Jauregui have almost 13 years of experince in the restaurant buisness. Prior to going into catering, Antonia and Carlos became first time owners of a Taco Truck in Vallejo, CA in 1991. Their successful recipes allowed them to quickly purchase a restaurant within a year's time span in Vacaville, Ca. With the support of their family and friends, the Jauregui family maintained their buisness for an additional 5 years. In 1997, the restaurant was sold in order to be able to move back to bay area and create Fiesta Catering.
